Enter your current long run, your target long run, and the number of weeks you want to build. “Balanced” is a steady default, “Slow & steady” uses gentler increases, and “Faster build” is more aggressive. If anything feels off, scale back — consistency beats one perfect long run.

Tip: if your target feels too big, lower it or add weeks — your plan should feel doable.
